Alia Tawil is a dress history enthusiast and mystery writer, descending from a long, maternal line of librarians who deserve every inkblot of credit for her passion for the written word.
She is a proud member of The Association of Dress Historians, The Costume Society of America, and she is the current president of the Michigan chapter of Sisters in Crime.
When not writing or thrifting her wardrobe, Alia can most often be found drinking coffee and spending time with her husband and three children. She lives in Michigan.
